1. Analyse company's real estate portfolio (both commercial and residential) and recommend appropriate buy/sell/refurbish actions to cater to the business needs
2. Identify opportunities of setting up/ shutting down of offices across the country by engaging with businesses so as to arrive at an optimal solution keeping in mind business priorities, support business to achieve targets, take into consideration all safety norms and cost targets for the new office.
3. Based on the above analysis take necessary decisions for combining/shutting down of offices across locations to rationalise the number of offices, reduce cost of operation and ensure resource/ asset optimisation
4. Invite tenders for sale of assets, tie up with vendors for asset up gradation from time to time keeping in loop-relevant stakeholders wherever necessary (legal and business)
