Job Description

Constantly evaluate the portfolio with changing market situation to identify gaps and opportunities.
Conceptualize and develop / build products and solutions that are relevant to clients across sub areas of Digital Marketing Analytics. This will involve analytics along all digital marketing channels and platforms.
Support the business development process through convincing senior internal as well as client stakeholders regarding analytics solutions that are relevant for digital marketing within industries.
Develop solutions that have direct relevance to customer problems and can help in convincing them regarding high end analytics work in digital marketing. These could be standalone solutions, or part of larger BPM or IT solutions.
Actively scout for partnerships and identify opportunities for acquisitions to plug in gaps in the portfolio.
Ability to apply Analytics to Business Strategy.
Ability to independently manage client relationships and build synergy between the client and the delivery organization to ensure delivery of tangible benefits to clients
Detail-oriented with effective verbal, written, and visual communication skills for a variety of audiences
Enthusiasm for and ability in synthesizing large amounts of information and identifying key findings
Team building skills along with deliverables.
Logical and analytical approach while interpreting the numbers.
Strong understanding of digital marketing theories and processes
Ability to identify, source and validate the specific data that must be analysed to solve problems
Excellent Team Management teams
