Managing data driven projects across organization related to Sales, Marketing and Customer Services ( After Sales ).
Should have understanding of data management platforms ( DMP ) and Automated Marketing solution ( Marketing Cloud ).
Identification of dealer concerns and resolving for better data quality and efficiency
Expertise in Data Visualization and Analytics tools usage will be needed.
Should have experience in Analytics management which lead to automation of processes within Sales, Marketing and Customer Services.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship management
Experience in eCommerce industry, working online on data will be an added advantage
Data Quality and Authenticity management for dealerships and India Internal Data
Data compliance ( Declaration of Concent and Do Not Disturb) in accordance with law of the land.
