Coach and develop the continuous improvement team, to plan their activities on a week by week basis and to assist them in problem solving and change management techniques.
Support business process improvement and process design activities through assisting in identifying critical improvement opportunities, leading and facilitating Projects and Workshops, and coordinating activities to ensure the full and successful implementation of improvement actions.
Be a Change Agent, continuously searching for and facilitating the introduction of new and better ways to improve the performance of the organisation including the identification of best practice and its deployment.
Supported by the Continuous Improvement Manager, coordinate the development and roll-out of the Improvement Plan. This will include BOS, SCIP, BIT and the ongoing leadership training programmes (Team Leaders and Shift Leaders)
Co-ordinate the development and roll-out of the BOS plans. Together with Plant functions, define relevant KPIs and targets to measure and improve Plant performance.
