Job Description

Monitor new dealer appointment as per network expansion plan & achieve the annual target
Plan & Execute strategy to increase penetration in Semi-urban and Rural areas
Design, Plan and Implement training programs for all channel partners, Propose plan for product portfolio expansion & network expansion for both Distributor and Retailer Level
Compile competitor information with the help of regions to drive strategic plans and increase market share/NSR, Identify opportunities such as new product development, end consumer pricing etc
Oversee distributor performance audits and distributor engagement, Identify development needs and support required to build distributor and retailer capabilities
Liaison with Marketing to ensure smooth implementation of marketing activities related to Retail Business, Support marketing in developing/generating new marketing ideas by being the bridge between market and marketing team
Maintain portfolio quality through adherence to credit & collection policy, pricing mix, segment mix, brand mix & geo mix as per plan
Analyze sales performance data, Portfolio behavior and P&L to increase profitability; Responsible for budgeted volume of Used car and New car loan &Creating distribution network, alternate channels, Digital channels for wider reach
Managing direct business and Coordinating with Sales team for closure on direct leads; Designing contest for Channels and employees to meet and surpass target numbers
Study the existing systems and suggest / implement systems and processes for effective Channel Management
Support in business planning and forecasts, Supporting various initiatives around product implementation and launch such as benefit illustration development, systems implementation & testing etc
