Job Description

- Approach new clients and generate business from them and manage existing clients.

- Bringing out the requirements from various business partners, System Integrators, Top Indian Consulting Companies

- Top Management / Client facing capabilities

- Proven Track Record in Business development

- Build long-term relationships with direct clients and system integrators by meeting their IT Consulting resource needs and contributing to their growth.

- Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients and independently handle staffing business.

- Well versed with IT/Technology

- Constant interaction with clients and VMS/MSP (Managed Services Program)

- Play a Account Manager as well as Recruitment Manager

- Ensure the annual revenue target is met.

- Develop new business in the assigned vertical.

- Build a serviceable sales pipeline of open positions to meet periodic revenue goals

- Ensure presentation to clients and signing up the clients for the services.

- Coordinate with other team members to ensure the delivery of assignments in a timely manner.

Build connectivity at HR Director / MD / President / CEOs level.

- Operate as knowledge managers for assignments in terms of collating data on industry, organization, competitors, candidates and maintaining database on the same.

- Collection Requirement

- Client Management.

- Follow-ups on payments.

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

1. Graduate with 8 + years of aggressive Business Development and Client acquisition. Only professionals from Staffing and Recruitment industry would be considered. Prior experience in RPO sales preferred

2. High target and result orientation

3. IT industry knowledge and know how is preferred.

4. Should be able to handle stakeholders at top and mid - level

5. Must have excellent knowledge and contacts in Recruitment industry

6. Needs to be very proactive and consultative

7. Needs excellent Advance MS office, Reporting, Analytic skills, Knowledge of BI tools could be an advantage to evolve dashboards

8. Must be Social network savvy and well connected

9. Must be able to provide ideate and customize recruitment solutions to suit client needs
