"Head - Business Development" reports to COO & Managing Director.
Responsible for planning, development and implementation of communications and public relations activities of the hospital marketing and branding.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To prepare the annual business plan for the company every year.
To prepare resources for the implementation of the plan.
To manage the entire marketing activities and resources to achieve the target and should be handling and responsible for P& L.
Recruit, Induct and train the man power for the marketing team
To Establish/develop/liaison with and existing corporate and new corporate.
To monitor and supervise the work of the Business development staff in accordance with the Annual plan/calendar.
To explore new avenues and to ventures new business modules for the development of the company's business
To monitor the recover/dis-allowances of the corporate and insurance sector. i.e, to handle and responsible for Revenue Cycle Management also.
To conduct periodical appraisal and evaluation of the marketing activities in line with companies annual plan
To liaise with other internal department heads for the smooth functioning of the companies business
To plan and conduct the events for promotion of the company's
To prepare the marketing budget for approval and control the business expenditure in line with the approved budget
To liaise with media for the various affairs with the company
To execute CME/doctor calls/corporate calls etc through the resources
Any other responsibility assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualification and Experience required:
Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
Degree / Post graduation in Health care & / Marketing / International Business will be added advantage
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Marketing in Healthcare industry.
Masters in Business Administration with specialized in Marketing would be a plus.
Should be a native Telugu speaker with command on English, Hindi. Knowledge in Odisha would be an additional advantage.
Those who have worked in Oncology would be preferred but it is essential to have similar kind of experience in Super / Multi-specialty / Oncology Hospital.
Should have handled Business Development Team with the proven track record in the similar position.
