Provide leadership to manage large diverse and distributed teams across geographies
Lead a team of lead Architects, Program managers and Delivery managers.
Manage & Deliver target KPIs Including Delivery, People, Financial and others
Work in coordination with BL Practice Leads and Domain leads for new solutions delivery readiness.
Identifies and supports new business opportunities, pre-sales
Escalation Management and stakeholder management
Drive Delivery excellence for the domain area
Delivery KPIs Quality KPIs, Demand fulfillment, Utilization, Cost-FPO,
People Team ramp-up, Competency Development, Attrition
Business continuity during Delivery Model transition

3-year minimal experience in people management function
