The incumbent is responsible for developing new business and increasing the existing sales of Engine Heads, Engine Blocks, Transmission Engine Houses and niche products to OEMs
Automobile and Engine Manufactures.
1 Responsible for projected revenue/sales.
2 Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities.
3 Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
4 Forecast and prepare business plan and AOP for Sales function for all products.
5 Study and understand the cost of manufacturing and finalize the price list for all products segment wise.
6 Develop strategies and plans to acquire new customers as well retain the existing customers.
7 Establish and develop a strong communication channel with existing and new customers to understand their product requirements and issues.
8 Analyse and report to the Management on competitors activities, products and prices and market trends.
9 Study and understand the business scenario of customers and other related areas.
10 Resolve the customer grievance and complaints by coordinating and collaborating with internal stake holders.
11 Collaborate and co-ordinate with Plant Heads to delivery of products as per agreed and committed schedule.
12 Should have strong track record of negotiating and closing high value business,
13 Should have Strong Interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
