Job Description

- Own up to end to end customer acquisition through all channels.

- Acquisition would be function of number of leads and conversion. Will work on high quality leads through corporate partnerships

- Will own the relationship with DSA and lead callcenter and drive higher conversion

- Work with product team for optimisation of online process

- Primary KRA : Number of customer acquired & activated

- Team Structure : Teams for DSA management, service desk management and corporate sales.

- 5 to 10 years to experience, shows skills & temperament to manage teams and partners

- Ideally should have been in a sales & business development role.
