Head - US Accounting & Systems Audit - Establish systems / controls / procedures for financial and accounting systems to achieve corporate objectives. - Consistent assistance in the areas of cost and profitability. - Ensuring Financial and statutory compliance. - Timely and accurate support for business lines and other functions - Team management - Day to Day Accounts in ERP, Direct and Indirect Taxes, Working Capital Management - Strong MIS & Statutory Compliance Control - Record to report - Leadership, Supervision and Management of accounting transitions related to AP, AR, Tax, audit etc. - Assist in finalization of Accounts, Statutory and Tax Audits, Financial Accounting for India GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS etc. - Financial Accounting including General Ledger Accounting (R2R), Accounts Payable (AP/P2P), Accounts Receivable including Revenue Accounting (AR/C2C), Fixed Assets Accounting, Branch /Intercompany Accounting, Project Accounting of India & Overseas operations. - Taxation including Income Tax (Corporate Tax, Deferred Tax, Payroll tax, Withholding taxes, WCT, Professional Tax related matters, Service Tax. - Budgeting, Annual Operating Plans and review and prepare monthly reports - Coordination with offices spread over various location in India and abroad. - Dealing with stakeholders - Solid prior F&A experience in a structured global environment. Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification And Experience : I. CA/ CWA & MBA Finance with 12 + years rich experience in good MNC handling similar responsibilities in the areas of Accounting, ERP, MIS, Closing of Accounts & Finance etc. II. Very Good knowledge of Indian GAAP, Revenue recognition III. Good knowledge to formulate and streamline accounting process & procedure IV. Good knowledge of internal audit, internal control system V. Preparing of Financial Statements as per Indian GAAP & US GAAP VI. Good knowledge of Income tax, Customs Act., service tax VII. Strong analytical skills VIII. Ability to guide a team of persons including manager level IX. Knowledge in IFRS Skills : 1. Result oriented, decision making, problem solving, Good inter personal & analytical skills 2. Proficiency in MS Office specially Excel, knowledge of ERP - PeopleSoft 3.
