Experience - 6- 10 years
CTC- 10 - 13 LPA
Buisness Partnering- Providing guidance, consultation & effective solutions for buisness
- Performance management- succession planning for business units
- Employee Engagement- Improve Morale, productivity & effectivess of staffs
- Employee Retention-Strategies to improve employee retention
- Training & development-training need analysis based on the appraisal and training coordination
- Talent Acquisition- Ensure 95% of headcount is maintained at all times
- Manage the end to end recruitment process and take overall responsibility for the hiring activity and campaigns.
- Ensure all job descriptions are kept up to date, create new JDs as and when necessary.
- Stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
- Hire senior management & key profiles.
- Employee letters.
- Employment contracts.
- Onboarding / exit formalities
- Maintaining the entire employee database of the entire organisation
- Onboarding & inducting (Chennai Sites) employees of all the grades across all the Sites
- Handling ESI, PF, Gratuity, Leave and queries related to the same of the entire organisation
- Full and Final settlement of the employees resigning from the organisation
- All the data required for payroll processing
