Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition
• Leading the Talent Acquisition initiatives
• Accountability of people planning, budgets & talent acquisition
• Re-engineer the recruitment process through digitization and automation for quality hires
• Optimum usage of sourcing channels with an emphasis on cost-effective methods
• Ability to assess candidates through the evaluation process
• End to end recruitment cycle including Job evaluation, Manpower Planning, Resume Sourcing & screening, Interview scheduling, pre-employment verification, selection & appointment, onboarding, etc.
• Managing hiring metrics such as Source Mix, Gender Diversity, Average CTC, Cost per hire, Internal Job Posting & Referrals Programs
• Building the employer brand through online and offline interventions

Vendor Management

• Vendor Management-Identifying new sourcing partners and mobilizing their association by initiating their empanelment & contractual agreement process. Maintain vendor relations, resolve billing or service related issue.
• Assign & track targeted performance of Recruiters and Vendors.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborating with HR Business Partners on staffing requirements across verticals & levels
• Effective stakeholder Management - Functional Heads & Hiring Partners
• Excellent Inter-personal skills for effective stakeholder management & building credibility.

Operations and MIS
• Maintaining PAN India MIS Dashboard Reports - Recruitment Trackers, Hiring Budget Trackers, Hiring Cost Sheets, etc.
• Payroll management
• Maintaining and uploading various reports on the portal

On-boarding & Induction

• Induction of new employees to the company, familiarizing them with HR policies, Management Team, HRMS, Facility Tour, etc.
• Educating all employees on HR processes.
• Develop a strong understanding of market, competition and consumer needs, and derive insights based on the same.
• Closely work with business teams in formulating brand strategy and plan to ensure effective execution of launch, marketing, and other on-ground activities.
• Source and work with research and related agencies to gather necessary insights and data points.
• To seek out new business opportunities that fit with the brand and maximize opportunities for growth.
