Min 12 Years of Exp in HR (with min 10 Years relevant exp in Transitions/ Business HR or HR Pre- Sales Roles) Experience in HR transitions.
- End to end in HR operation.
- Must be Business HR and business partner, client interaction
- Employee engagement, grievance handling, compensation and benefits.
- Should be in policy implementation.
- Male candidate preferred.
- Should have done 3 to 4 transitions in HR domain.
Previous experience in HR Transitions / Pre sales referred, Leadership Potential, assertive with good presentation and writing skills, Ability to work independently without much of supervision and adapt to change, Sound Analytical Skills, Sound People Management Skills/ Stakeholder Management skills. good inter- personal skills and hands on approach, Articulate and well- read with excellent communication
Change Management experience preferred

The position will be involved in end to end HR Transition Management which will include analysis of the opportunity, creating HR solutions for responding to RFPs/ RFIs. This will require in- depth knowledge for HR processes for BPO globally. Apart from working on opportunities, this position will be responsible for building HR collaterals for various functions with HR, managing client visits, building rate cards, resource availability analysis etc.
The individual will also be required to manage rebadging scenarios globally or coordinate ramp ups. This will require working with cross functional teams. The position will be the PMO for managing HR transitions.
