1-3 years of IT/Non IT/Banking recruitment experience
The candidate will be responsible for end to end recruitment which will include sourcing to onboarding.
Sourcing and validating profiles through various channels to meet the external requirements against requisitions.
Maintaining MIS & reporting
Hands on experience in designing and executing recruitment strategies
Lead initiatives to use new age sourcing channels for talent acquisition
Applying recruitment related best practices within the team
Lead quality related meetings and sessions with business managers and stakeholders
Excellent communication skills
