Lateral hiring: identifying the right candidates with the required skill set & experience & make sure that it should match the requirement as per the job description.
Should have a hand on experience on using all the hiring portals, social media channels to reach out to the prospective global candidates.
Ensuring candidate engagement and joining of the prospective candidates.
Preparing daily, weekly & monthly hiring reports.
