Job responsibilities would include, but not limited to sourcing talent through different sources, Headhunting, Cold Calling, Internet Mining, Research, Industry mapping, Talent Mapping, Candidate Engagement, Client-Candidate Relationship Management, Salary Negotiation, Job Positioning and follow-ups during and after the interviewing process. You would deal with some of the best of talent and clients in IT & NON IT.
* Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence C-level candidates; superior convincing and negotiation skills.
