Job Description

Key responsibilities 1. Understanding key client requirements and sourcing appropriate profiles 2. Conducting initial telephonic screening in order to assess the candidates on various parameters 3. Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews. 4. Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database 5. Generating leads from conversations with candidates
