Induction and Joining Formalities :
Welcoming the new employee, explaining about work culture in brief and fulfilling the joining formalities verifying necessary certificates (academic, address proof, ID proof, experience, etc) from the candidates.
Coordinating with functional heads and IT team to ensure Email ID, System allocation and Biometric access are given.
Issuing Appointment Letters and conducting departmental induction.
Preparation of Identity Cards, Business Cards, coordinating with Bank for Salary Account.
