Job Description

- Demonstrated ability to link business objectives and HR outcomes; ability to adapt HR strategies and actions to a rapidly changing business environment
- Strong executive presence, ability to coach and provide feedback to leaders at all levels. Exceptional relationship skills with global and India business and HR leaders, maturity and confidence to manage confidential and sensitive issues
- Results, actions, and metrics-driven approach, analytical and problem-solving skills, strong desire to improve HR services and processes, with the ability to drive continuous improvement
- Team player, with the ability to leverage extended HR organisation (specialists, sub-functions, centers of excellence, shared services)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Specialisation in HR, Labor Relations, Organization Development, Learning, and related disciplines preferred.
-Prior experience in country/regional HR leadership or senior management roles. Experience in working with HR consulting firms is preferred but not essential.
-Qualification in any discipline of Engineering or Statistics at undergraduate level is highly desirable.
