Job Description

•Ensure the department complies with all recruitment policies, laws, regulations, procedures
•Monitor the joining formalities and conducting induction program for new employees
•Generating & updating HRMIS for new joinees & existing employees (personal details, family details, educational details, health details, previous company details, pay structure for new joinees
•Introduce the new enhanced benefits policy, create HR Manual (employee handbook).
Updating monthly attendance roster for all employees and sending it to Finance department for Salary processing.
•Checking the final roster and approving the same for salary disbursement
•Initiate and implement PMS process, drive the annual appraisal cycle (end-to-end), design and create forms and formats of HR and Admin related documents.
•Manage appraisal process across all levels in the organization
•Support & advise Operations team in setting up of KRAs for their Respective teams
•Form a consolidated report and submission of the same to the management.
•Documentation and maintenance of the Performance Appraisal record
•Identify weak performers and create action plans for their performance improvement
•Taking care of employees Promotions, Compensation, Increment & Leave, payroll system, statutory compliance , updated about the latest statutory laws
•Maintain Database of Compensation revision, variable payout, Bonus etc
•Counseling/ grievance handling of the employees to maintain a healthy work environment and facilitating employee satisfaction
•Full ownership and responsibility of resource fulfilment in consultation with department heads.
•Set up soft skill training calendar, plan and organize the training sessions for all employees in coordination with internal & external agencies for conducting training
•Maintains and updates files like employee records, legal documents and other personnel matters, efficiently and confidentially.
