Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to multiple managers and employees with specific focus on:
o Employee advocacy/engagement,
o HR fundamentals and Process training,
o Employee Relations Management,
o Performance Management,
o Career Development,
o Talent assessment, acquisition and retention
o Workplace investigations as appropriate
Provide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues; escalates concerns beyond their scope to HR Business Partners; navigates employees and manager to HR Services when it is the more appropriate resource
Partner with HR Business Partners and O&TD professionals to execute business-specific HR strategies.
Work closely with central Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management and other Global / Central team to ensure that the rewards and recognitions are fair and as per the commitments of the organization.
Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved
Support the compliance team on all compliance related issues, investigations and processes to ensure a strong corporate governance and compliance culture across the talents.
Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices at 100% compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment
Lead key HR processes including compensation planning and compliance
Conduct HR training and support for functional processes like Salary Planning, New Employee Orientation and New Manager Assimilation
Assist with other HR special projects or initiatives as needed
Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care
Conduct investigations including gathering, preserving, documenting and analyzing all available information and evidence, and in some circumstances, making recommendations to the business on disciplinary action
Provide coaching and mentorship to new team members or HR Specialists/Generalists
Lead other site-wide HR projects as necessary, working across multiple client groups
Minimally 8 12 years of strong HR operations experience preferably from a Large MNC would be most suitable for this role.
Ideal candidate would currently be working or have spent significant part of their professional career in strong HR Operations / Employee HR role for a Global Captive Finance Shared Services
Experience in working with large MNC US or European MNCs in the Finance Shared Services domain would be a direct fit.
Extremely stable profile with least job changes and proven track record of successfully growing up the levels in the organizations worked would be a great advantage for this role.
A strong Advocacy for engaging Talents from the first day at work is very much needed for this role.
You will be the face of the organization internally on all matters related to the employees in your designated vertical starting with anywhere from first 300 + people who are expected to be hired within the next 6 months.
