Coordinate with various agencies like HR team in different businesses, line managers to collate information as may be required by the HR head.
Assist HR Head in preparation for various meetings / reviews / presentation preparations.
Undertake various projects as assigned by the HR Head from time to time.
Assist HR Head in calendar management, travel management, clearing bills etc.
Keep track of various reviews, update status to the HR Head and seek intervention wherever required.
Follow up on behalf of the HR Head to close various action points
1. Good understanding of basic HR concepts
2. Hands-on experience in MS Excel - Pivots, filters, vlookups
3. Hands-on experience of using MS Powerpoint
4. Familiarity with MS Outlook
