HR Manager - Organization Development & Special Projects - Pharmaceutical (2-8 yrs) A snapshot about the role as below : - Would be responsible for custodian of Project management & milestone tracking, Communication Branding across selected location. - Set up pre Launch in terms of Structure, Questionaire formalization, Data mapping & Pre launch checks . - SPOC for query resolution for HR SPOC & third party during the Survey. - Post Survey report & action plan facilitation. - SPOC for various survey to facilitate Survey & Audit document submission. - Liaison with the Corp HR to ensure various Surveys / Audits. -Ensure Pre work with respect to report generation & stratifiers. - Collaborate with content writers, designers for submission of Audit document. - Anchor / Facilitate post score release activity. - Assist in Internal Global survey & facilitate post survey action plan. - Responsible for Social Media - Branding in terms of people practices, engagement initiatives & tap internal employee as Voice of organization to the external world. - Understand the present culture & activities that lead to the Culture. Create a consolidated knowledge repository of activites/ processes leading to Cultural impact along with affects.
