• Managing available talent by using Performance Appraisal System.
• Managing the Contract team like the security Movement / Activity in the company premises to ensure that proper Security system is
adopted and the security functions are smooth with regard to movement of man, vehicles & materials as well as adequate security
measures are taken at the plant
• Ensuring healthy & progressive employee relations with employees by managing the collective bargaining agreements.
• Ensuring the safe & healthy working environment for the employees and protecting the environment for community at large and
• Ensuring the compliance to statutory requirements and reporting to avoid regulatory litigations
• Implementation of Integrated Management System by ensuring the non-occurrences of major non – compliances.
• Preparation andmonitoring annual budget of Human Resources & Administration.
• Liasioning with worker Unions for healthy work environment
• Coordinates withall Departments.
• Coordinates with government agencies, for complying statutory obligations
