4. responsible for maintaining a Professional Environment of HR Department at all Production Units and Corporate Office of the Company
5. Responsible for Recruitment of Staff based upon the approved requisition of Competent Authority within stipulated timings.
6. responsible for compliance of Statutory Enactments and subsequent awareness of Amendments prevailing in the respective states
7. responsibility for maintaining & supervising records related to HR Departments
8. Any other Duties/Job Responsibilities as assigned by the Superiors.
