3. Will take care of recruitment, performance appraisals, Rewards , recognition, payroll, organisation development, Employee Engagement, Induction, exit interviews, internal communications, Grievances Handling & Counseling, Learning development etc
4. Leadership qualities. Will be the face of organisation to the employees
5. Can be from IT / ITES/ BPO/ KPO industry.
