Providing coaching and guidance to all India managers and employees on day-to-day HR related issues
Ensuring the business operates in line with all current Indian employment legislation
Implementing guidelines, policies, and procedures in line with the company direction
Managing employee relations, absence management, disciplinaries, grievances and employment records
Learning and development-Implement the L&D agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement
Performance Management system - ensuring all staff receive quality appraisals, and that training needs are identified
As this is a fairly new business we are looking for a strong HR Generalist who has current or recent experience within a fast growing / start up technology business
You will be totally up to date on Indian employment law and legislation.
