The HR works in partnership with the Senior HR BP and his/her customers and is recognized as trusted advisor to his/her customers.
The HR supports his/her customers to shape and deploy the business goals as defined by the management team. The HR brings people management expertise to business decisions and strategies and secures and delivers HR interventions and programmes to achieve business goals.
The HR is involved in functional Strategy implementation process and in the business operational reviews, ensuring an effective and efficient HR support to project execution.
The HR deploys the site People plan, including Organizational Capabilities, Talent Management, Labour and Employee relations, Leadership development and Building strong teams across the different steps of the Value Chain.
The HR is a Change Leader, a BOS People Involvement assessor, supports business leaders to become talent champions and leads the HR team in the site and projects.
