*Coordinating final interviews with concerned head of the vertical.
* Successfully handled mass recruitment and campus recruitment.
* Setting up of KRA / KPI of new entrants.
* Drafting training module and standard operating procedure (SOP).
* Responsible for handling Performance Management System (PMS).
* Sending the appraisal forms to the concerned HOD/department.
* Issuance of appraisal based on the feedback received. Deciding on the compensation post review with management.
* Tracking leave status for all employees.
* Based on leave taken deduction of salary for LOP cases.
* Handing employee grievances and resolving them in a stipulated time frame.
* Completing all resignation and parting formalities which include issuing Acceptance Letter of Resignation, Service Certificate and Full and Final Settlement Letter. Initiating the settlement process of resigned employees.
* Handling payroll processing.
* Handling and satisfactorily resolving queries put forth by employees regarding salary.
* Setting targets and tracking the overall performance of employees.
