Job Description

HR Operations

Onboarding formalities for new-hires and transfers; new hire documentation / files / PF and gratuity forms

Local support on various employee benefits including administration of Lifetime events, Service awards etc.

Responsible for monthly Payroll inputs and Documentation

HR Reporting/Analytics: Maintain HR MIS reports (HR Monthly Report, Attrition, Resource Trend, Grade Mix etc)

Manage exit formalities like Resignation / Attrition tracking, , HR Separation Clearance and exit Interviews

Partner with external and/or internal partners for HR audits for the Bangalore site

Partner with internal legal team on various labor filing for BDC (Quarterly Amendment of shops certificate & contract labor certificate etc.)

Other initiatives: Lead for Bangalore CSR chapter (under the banner of QCares)

Generalist Responsibilities
Facilitate New Employee Orientation process/sessions for Bangalore in partnership with Staffing Team and site managers

Support site HR in the roll out of the semi-annual Total Rewards Review; performance management; delivering and managing Performance improvement plans and/or probation extensions in partnership with line managers and Employee Relations team

Manage Skip Levels and HR Connects with employees

Support various HR Initiatives like Climate Survey analysis / action planning / tracking, Talent Review Exercise

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's in Business Administration/Commerce/Social Sciences or, Master's in Business Administration with Specialization in Human Resources

Years Of Experience 2- 5 Yrs (MNC Experience & IT Experience)
