1. Would be handling HR Grievance handling for one of the client.
2. Will be responsible for Employee Lifecycle management.
3. Taking care of whole employee lifecycle within defined SLAs
4. Major responsibility will be of helpdesk and resolving grievances related to their problems.
1. Should have excellent communication skills.
2. Should understand HR process.
3. Open to work for 6 days in a week.
