Job Description

Kanha Makhan Group of School, Mathura invites job applications for the post of HR Executive (Payroll & Operations)
Onboarding Activities: - Joining formalities, documentation, Employee personnel file maintenance, tracking and documentation, bank account opening etc.
Salary Processing: - Sound Knowledge of payroll process, Payroll skills, and income tax knowledge; Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly salary. Reimbursement data and handover to Finance team for the payment, Leave Record management, Attendance calculation,
Exit Management: - Update information in the tool. Full and final (F&F) of the resigned employees. Recovering dues from ex-employees in case of the negative F&F settlement amount. Help the resigned employees in filling the PF withdrawal and transfer claims of new joiners.
Grievance Handling: - Solving all sort of queries related to payroll (Statutory compliances and audits, Attendance, Salary, Bank, PF, ESIC and Insurance, documentation) of the employees.

Other Responsibilities & Skills:-
o Responsible for timely preparation of salary register and disbursal of salary
o Knowledge of Tax rules (80C, 80D etc.), HRA etc. is mandatory.
o Knowledge of PF, ESI, LWF, and PTax is mandatory.
o Must have experience in running a payroll of taxable employees in excel or using some system
o Process payroll of about 400 employees
o Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.
o Determines payroll liabilities by calculating employee income and taxes and the employer's compensation payments.
o Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
o Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
o Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
o Liaison with government departments for statutory dues, clearance of forms and assessment inquiries, if any
o Prepare reports for management as requested.
o Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
o Excellent oral and written communication skills.
o Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive personal data.
o Effective influencing and listening skills.

Qualification: Any Graduate/MBA in HR

Experience: Candidate should have experience of 3-5 yrs in the same profile.
