Ensures HR systems and data are efficiently utilized, maintained and available throughout the extended organization.
Manage HR system projects to ensure that the activities are executed accurately, completely, and on time.
Manage the effective integration of systems to provide holistic solutions.
Supports organizational data process improvement initiatives.
Analyze technology and tools needed to support data consumers.
Analyzes requirements and system capabilities to provide feedback and gap analysis.
Works with HR Operations team and IT to plan and execute testing for any assigned projects including creating test scripts, issue resolution, system patches and fixes and acquisitions and divestitures.
Builds project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation and work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long- term planning.
Provide support in researching and resolving issues after implementation such as unexpected results or process flaws.
Recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
Provide management for the HRIS team responsible for the accurate maintenance of HR systems and reports.
