The job involves end to end recruitment wherein you have to shortlist resumes from the given database, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate with corporate HR.
Candidates with experience in recruitment or other industry experience will be preferred.
Coordinating with different Departments/Business units regarding the manpower requirements
Ensuring that client requirements / specifications are communicated to and understood by the Recruitment team
Understand the client / management requirements and accordingly build MIS to track, analyze and improve hiring efforts.
Ensuring control and compliance mechanism on all recruitment related activities.
