Job Description

•Inhouse Recruitment - Handling End-to-End recruitment process, which includes sourcing, phone screening, scheduling interviews and negotiations, giving the offer letter.
•Job Postings - Job postings on job portals and on the social media sites like LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
•Database management - Managing resumes and updating the candidate status in the database on regular basis.
•Joining formalities - Facilitating Employee joining formalities, assisting in Planning, implementing Induction and orientation for new joiners, updating Employees details in HRMIS.
•Exit Formalities - Coordinating for exit interviews and the executing the document formalities.
•Vendor Management
•All kind of General Administration activities

•Issuing Identity Cards and Access Cards

•Maintaining attendance time and leave records

•Processing Bank account for new joiners

•Managing petty cash
•Managing office expenses and bill payments for the company
•Employee engagement
