Detail JD :
Maintains HRMS system to include; assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS system upgrades or patches, collaborating with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrades or fixes, and maintenance of HRMS system tables
Researches and resolves HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws
Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools
Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs
Create, maintain and support HR Actions interface with HRMS system
Create, maintain and support Employee Self Service interface with HRMS system
Facilitate data transfers and maintain interfaces between HRMS and other systems and processes
Ensure integrity and confidentiality of all applicant and employee information
Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation
Train systems and end users on new processes/functionality of all HR software t
Assist with Inputting, updating, analyzing and maintaining accurate data for all new hires, transfers, terminations, pay location changes, salary changes, address changes, etc. to meet department needs.
Other HR Responsibilities:
Handling day today HR operations and employee life cylce management.
Employee query handling regarding HR policies and system
Working under the guidance of HR manager or all statutory compliance related work and maintaining the record.
Managing employee exit.
Working with HR manager on employee engagement activities.
B.E. + M.B.A. in HR
3-4 years of experience in HR system implementation is must. Other Skills:
Candidate should have knowledge of HRMS system and its technical aspects.
Good verbal and written English Communication
Good in working on Excel, Word and Power-Point presentation.
We required Male candidate who will work in shift. Shift timings will be 03:00PM to 12:00AM
