Job Description

Recruitment - BULK HIRING Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Responsible for end to end Recruitments. Sourcing Responsible for bulk hiring & support hiring BFSI .Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, portals and social media. Need to coordinate with all the stakeholders for all the interviews. Interviewing-Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions. Sourcing profile, short listing the candidate, taking preliminary round of interview, scheduling them for the tech and operation round of interview, offer negotiation, joining formalities. Direct Closures-Reduce cost per hire by increasing direct hires and minimizing use of vendors. Vendor management- Responsible for vendor management. Responsible for tie-up with vendors on board for End to end Recruitments. TAT-Successfully recruit and hire candidates within hiring timeline. Employee Referral Responsible to drive employee referral program. Plan, organize and execute the program to ensure maximum referrals. Need to initiate the floor visit to create awareness of the open positions. Campus Hiring- responsible for campus hiring .Need to plan, organize and execute the drive to meet the ongoing requirements. Joinee engagement-Responsible to engage joinees. Need to plan and prepare the strategy to engage.
