Screening the candidates by conducting telephonic or personal
interviews as the case may be.
Arranging for technical interview and coordinating with the concerned person.
Communicating the employment status to the applied candidates.
Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates.

Coordinate the Induction and Orientation programs for the New

Asset Management & Coordination
Preparation of Welcome Mailer for the New Recruits
3 Training & Development
Coordinate all Trainings in Chennai
Follow up for pre/post training assessment and feedbacks
Compliation of Training assessment data
4 Database Management
Maintain personal files for employees and same to be updated in
5 Compliance Management
Provide Local Support for Compliance records updation
6 Employee Engagement
Local Spoc for coordinating Employee Engagement activities for
Monthly MIS for all the activities in the prescribed formats
