Job Description

Responsibilities :

- Developing a recruiting strategy and new recruiting channels
University Relations & Campus Hiring :
- Developing and leading a recruitment process, including candidate reviews, interviews and selection, that will ensure the highest quality and best-fit candidates
- Developing, refining and supporting the promotion process, including clarifying roles and responsibilities at each step and related performance expectations
- Leading the staffing process in way that optimizes both client impact and consultant development
- Providing counseling to consultants as needed on their professional development
- Developing and leading a high-quality program of training that is intertwined with the overall professional development roadmap and includes interventions at the right moments as well as on-the- job components
- Overseeing the process of performance review that includes both after-project reviews and annual reviews, with active leadership from senior consultants in that process

Preferred candidate for this role :

- Post Graduation in HR from reputed Institute
- Experience in professional development in a consulting or other professional services organization
- Deep understanding of best-in- class processes for recruiting, candidate assessment and selection
- Experience in Campus Recruitment
- Ability to coach consultants and give both positive and negative feedback
