Talent Management and Organizational Development. Develop and implement HR interventions aligned to business and HR strategy, designed to drive long-term performance, including effective organizational design, talent and succession
Ensuring Operational Excellence with respect to HR Strategies and Delivery
Performance Management and Career Progression. Coach and develop senior business leaders. Ensure that appropriate KPIs and management information are in place to drive continuous improvement and enable measurement of progress against targets.
Act as a change agent to support evolution of the business to be well positioned as the GDC develops. Champion, challenge and support organizational development and planned changes
Derive Training Identification needs from the Goals set and monitoring performance on a quarterly basis. Build people capability and key engagement projects.
