1. Strategies & execute growth initiatives around product usage and user growth.
2. Have an extensive knowledge of "lean methodologies" and experimented/implemented them earlier.
3. Prioritizing growth channels. Scaling and automating the growth processes.
4. Deploying referral marketing and other organic growth strategies and being able to create viral growth.
5. Own and Build the Pipeline Numbers, from Visibility/Awareness, Website Visits, Sign-ups and Leads.
What you should already know/have?
*Should be a community person who loves bonding with Tech / UX teams to idea and co-create ways to grow faster.
1. 4+ years of proven experience in a similar role at a high growth startup.
2. Being social and understanding of users’ behavior, being focused on user/customer experience.
3. Should be an exceptional storyteller and communicator.
4. Ideally brimming with creativity / innovation and have a knack for creating experiences that shape perceptions.
