Job Description

Job Requirement:
1. Operations Manager Role to lead an Accounts Payable team of 30 to 50 FTEs for a reputed airline client
2. Responsible for contracted SLAs around accuracy and turn-around time; KPIs around productivity, resource utilization, cross skilling staff, delivering efficiencies
3. Must have Airline AP knowledge and willingness to be fully hands-on across all expense categories in airline - Fuel, overflying / navigation, stations, engineering expenses, interline, crew accommodation and other direct operating costs
4. Be the first point contact and handle client communications / escalations
5. Prepare monthly / quarterly packs depicting process performance to client / internal stakeholders
6. Liaise with internal support teams HR, Quality, Finance, Training, IT, RISK to ensure compliance as per policies

Other requisites:
a. Must have team handling experience
b. Airline Industry experience must (repeating again to stress its importance)
c. Should have worked on SAP environment
d. Should have experience of operating in BPO work culture
e. Should have a strong reason to relocate to Nashik (prefer local candidates)
f. Flexible with shifts and 6 day working
