Candidate will drive social + content strategy, delivering best in class social media marketing. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information. Build out and develop organic reach and frequency through new touch points and social channels.
Create and drive brand guidelines and standards per social channel. Orchestrate measurement and reporting infrastructure for social media initiative.
Drive social media best practices and new to market social innovation through new platforms and media. Manage the executional social media team and daily operations.
Closely work with the content team to provide feedback on campaigns and innovate for more organic reach. Collaborate with other departments/partners (Media, ORM, SEM, SEO etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
Candidate should have experience developing, managing, executing and measuring Content Marketing and SM campaigns for medium-to-large brands (automobile/FMCG preferred).
Analytical mind with ability to plan, measure and report on program successes through targeted KPIs. Proven strategic thinker with excellent analytical capabilities. Strong project management skill-set with experience managing workflow between different departments and channel owners.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires ability to multi-task. Self starter, not afraid to drive the business forward.
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge. Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channel. Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability. Fluency in written & verbal English.
