Job Description

1. Understand Fem Care category, shopper, customer and combine that with understanding of brand plans to deliver in-market-excellence programs across channels
2. Drive business through effective and efficient trade spends within trade and shopper marketing budget
3. Drive distribution of key products
4. Impactful new product launches
5. Work with AP regional counter parts to develop in-store tool kits and work with local stakeholders to activate them in the local market
6. Drive customer development team capability on In-store Excellence
7. Forecast and deliver business for the franchise
8. Coach and develop team member(s)
