Job Description

Lead Global Presales function
Global Presales-solution architecting, solution integration, estimation and bid management across
Pre-sales support IT strategy, solution architecture, business development, proposal (RFPs) scoping, business cost justification, risk analysis, business processes, and etc
Practice development Contribute to developing Go to Market Strategies, Solution architecture, develop core competencies, develop intellectual assets, delivery frameworks and others
Identify market segments and create value propositions for these segments that includes appropriate solutions that significantly helps in deal conversions
Improve pre-sales productivity by bringing in best practices, reusable components etc
Build credible and lasting relationships with prospects and customers for repeat business
Responsible for Top line growth for the organization to increase its revenues, expand its market share by acquiring customers across geographies
Contribute to developing Go to Market Strategies
Contribute in the acquisition of new logos
Transformational roadmaps, solution architecture design, planning, client interaction and management, leverage offshore team, smooth transition to offshore team, develop processes

Desired Profile End to end presales experience
Proven ability to handle bid/ solutions teams and creating high quality responses to large size global RFI/ RFP- predictable process, quality and outcomes
Qualities to lead people, assign sales targets and manage competency development.
Ability to conduct due-diligence, provide roadmap and strategy for IT Operations and Transformations
Deep understanding of industry trends, concepts, opportunities, threats & constraints
Should have worked on large IT deals
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Demonstrated analytical and quantitative capabilities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated leadership ability
Up to date with current trends in IT
