Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Effective performance planning for self and team and time management and self-organization   Planning and Prioritization   Data Collection and analysis   Coaching and Feedback   Ability to manage and lead a team Analysis and MIS/Reporting   Ability to achieve stretch targets and take decisions as well as manage complex/ difficult employee situations   Customer/Client Interaction   Handle escalations for the team   Work as a Single point of contact for all non ops departments and identify, evaluate & coordinate operational, Admin, IT and HR issues Forward non resolvable issues to management. Timely closure of all processes and other requirements for self and Team. Generic and Specific Skill sets: German skill requirement is a mandate. Person should be proficient in speaking and writing B2.2 Level and Above Mandate Customer orientation & customer first belief   Analytical, logical, reasoning & numerical ability   Ability to observe, analyze and give constructive feedback   Extremely good verbal & written communications skills   Process orientation & Structured thinking   Expertise in Excel & PowerPoint
