The successful candidate will work closely with the team lead, software designers, quality assurance and IVR application solutions for our customers using the Genesys IVR Development tools (Composer, Designer and SpeechStorm). He should have sound experience of GVP 8.x & IVR Applications development using Composer, Speech applications with web service integration to 3rd party platforms.
Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Testing & implementation of IVR systems on Genesys
Experience on Genesys Voice Platform 8.x & ORS
SIP based Genesys IVR implementation - URS and GVP centric IVR systems.
GVP -Genesys voice & non-voice Routing, IVR call flow development.
Experience in Design and Implementation of Genesys Framework and Solutions - GVP, eServices, GWE, GRE, Orchestration Platform, GMS etc.
Experience in Composer Routing Development
Experience in MS SQL Server Databases and SQL
Some experience of Web Services/SOA functions, backend integrations, stored procedures, scripting. Tibco Middleware is must
Cyara Testing experience is desired.
