Seasoned Genesys CTI professional with very good understanding of Genesys SIP Platform &
Hands on expertise in Genesys Inbound & Outbound 8.x
Genesys 8.x framework/architecture and call flow, Genesys Routing, Log analysis of TServer/URS/Stat Server/ORS , Outbound Contact Server, Campaigns, CPDs etc.
Ability to independently design, build and deploy routing strategies based on ORS/Composer & configure Outbound in various Dialing modes is must.
Some experience of Web Services/SOA functions, backend integrations, stored procedures, scripting.
Tibco Middleware is must.
