The successful candidate will work closely with the team and able to perform the Genesys Inbound and outbound application deployment and development task.
Hands on experience of Genesys 8.x framework/architecture and eServices ( Email, Chat, Click2Call)
Genesys Routing, Log analysis of Interaction Server, UCS, URS, Stat Server, ORS and otherGenesys component.
Strong exposure on building routing strategies, Interaction flows for Email/Chat
Sound understanding on Genesys application log analysis, fault finding and able to fix critical issues.
Strong knowledge on front end Application development to support chat functionalities
Hands on in Genesys CME/GAX/GRAT and creation of Genesys Objects.
Strong knowledge on reporting application (CCPulse/CCON/Stat DB)
Some experience of Web Services/SOA functions, backend integrations, stored procedures, scripting. Tibco Middleware is must
Cyara Testing experience is desired
